Mandarin & English- Bilingual Store Manager - International Retail Business
Location: Flushing (Queens) and Manhattan, New York
Position: Store Manager

Job Description
- Oversee overall store operations
- Set and achieve sales targets
- Manage inventory and ordering
- Handle customer service and interactions
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Support international business expansion
- Prepare reports in both Mandarin and English
Qualifications:
Must have:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (business level)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail industry
- Management experience preferred, but strong desire to learn management skills is acceptable
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest and understanding of international business
- Computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software)
- Strong skills in managing and utilizing social media platforms
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in multicultural environments
- Knowledge of sales promotion and marketing
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Japanese is a plus
Training Program:
Successful applicants will undergo a comprehensive training program to acquire necessary management skills
Working Conditions:
- 5-day work week, including weekends
- Working hours vary according to store hours
