Mandarin & English- Bilingual Store Manager - International Retail Business

Location: Flushing (Queens) and Manhattan, New York
Position: Store Manager

Job Description

  • Oversee overall store operations
  • Set and achieve sales targets
  • Manage inventory and ordering
  • Handle customer service and interactions
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Support international business expansion
  • Prepare reports in both Mandarin and English

Qualifications:

Must have:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (business level)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail industry
  • Management experience preferred, but strong desire to learn management skills is acceptable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest and understanding of international business
  • Computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software)
  • Strong skills in managing and utilizing social media platforms

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in multicultural environments
  • Knowledge of sales promotion and marketing
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Japanese is a plus


Training Program:

Successful applicants will undergo a comprehensive training program to acquire necessary management skills

Working Conditions:

  • 5-day work week, including weekends
  • Working hours vary according to store hours
